Superchops is steady single note soloing. You can limit it to a scale, or group of chords, or whatever you want, or are trying to learn. In the video, I use the E Minor Pentatonic Scale, which is a great scale to really learn everywhere on the guitar. It is a great framework, with no tension, and easy to visualize.
Later add tensions, and you have a great structure or framework of guitar even at this point.
